UNICEF ECARO developed a tool to assess, condense, and articulate critical issues, challenges, and tactics concerning child rights.

Dubbed the Europe and Central Asia Child Rights Monitoring Framework (ECA CRM framework), this tool is grounded in the principles of the UNCRC, aiming to foster a comprehensive and unified method for monitoring child rights.

It has since transformed into a comprehensive CRM framework for evaluating the status of children, along with other analytical and data-driven initiatives in the ECA region and beyond.
